A little about the people who make every visit feel special
Ricardo has travelled extensively around the world, gaining a broad appreciation for different cultures, hospitality, wine and drinks. He is passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests and takes great pride in looking after customers, making sure everyone feels welcome, well cared for and has a great time at Convivio Wine Bar.
Matthew is an experienced and highly creative chef who has travelled around the world, gaining experience with a wide range of cuisines, techniques and culinary traditions. He has a strong passion for creating innovative and exciting dishes, combining different flavours and ideas to bring something unique to the table. He is constantly developing new dishes and loves keeping the menu fresh, seasonal and interesting for our guests.
